We are committed to complying with ISO/IEC 17025 — General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories — ensuring our calibration services meet stringent quality and management standards.
Turnaround time varies depending on instrument type and calibration scope. Standard service typically takes 7 to 10 working days. For urgent requests, expedited calibration is available within 3 to 5 working days, or even same-day completion for select instruments.

We also offer on-site calibration services to reduce downtime and carriage costs. Your equipment will be calibrated by our technicians at your site.
With on-site calibration, devices can be calibrated in situ, allowing minimal downtime for production lines, testing, and engineering service operations. Equipment can be calibrated within a few hours, returning to service within minutes. In addition to reducing delivery costs and the risk of damage, on-site calibration can also save clients’ money when transporting calibration materials to and from calibration laboratories and their facilities.

In general, the calibration cycle of instruments is usually recommended to be once every 12 months, in order to ensure the accuracy and traceability of measurement results.
Company may determine the appropriate calibration cycle based on actual needs and risk assessment, such as: regulatory or standard requirements (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001), manufacturer recommendations, instrument usage frequency, operating environment, as well as customer or internal quality management policies.
Yes. We issue an individual calibration certificate for each calibrated instrument and calibration labels to the instrument and related accessories. The certificate will clearly show the following information:
Client company name and address
Details of the calibrated instrument
Reference instruments used during calibration
Calibration data of each parameter
Accreditation number and details of the issuing laboratory
No. The calibration certificates issued by Lux Laboratory provide the instrument’s measurement data and uncertainty, but do not directly state whether the instrument is “Pass” or “Fail.”
We recommend that your company evaluates the instrument’s compliance and suitability internally, based on your own requirements and conditions.
